1. RESIDENT RETURN VISA SUBCLASS 157
Three Months Validity
A three-month RRV may be granted to former Australian permanent residents who are not eligible for a five (5) year RRV grant. To be granted with 157 Visa, the applicant must have:
Spent a day but less than 2 years in the period of 5 years immediately before making a valid application, and
Compelling and compassionate reasons for his/her last departure from Australia.
2. RESIDENT RETURN VISA SUBCLASS 155
This Resident Return Visa (RRV) allows permanent and former permanent residents to regain or maintain their Australian permanent resident status if they re-enter Australia.
Five Year Validity - The validity period of five (5) years shall be given to that permanent and former permanent who have lived inside Australia for two (2) years for the last five (5) years as a holder of a permanent resident visa.
One Year Validity - The validity period of one (1) year shall be given to that permanent and former permanent who failed to live inside Australia for two (2) years for the last five (5) years as a holder of a permanent resident visa but can still show "substantial" Australian ties. 3. CHILD VISA (SUBCLASS 101)
101 Visa allows a child to live in Australia sponsored by their parent or their parent’s partner.
4. CHILD (PERMANENT) (SUBCLASS 802)
802 Visa permits a child to live in Australia. The child should be outside Australia during visa application and sponsored by their parent or their parent’s partner.
5. PROSPECTIVE MARRIAGE/FIANCE (SUBCLASS 300)
Prospective Marriage/Fiance Visa (Subclass 300) is for people overseas who wish to enter Australia to enable them to marry their partner within a total duration of nine months. Once you are granted with 300 Visa, you may then apply for a spouse visa, Subclass 820, if still in Australia.
6. MEDICAL TREATMENT VISA (SUBCLASS 602)
This visa permits people to travel to Australia for a medical purpose (treatment or consultation), support someone needing medical treatment who holds or has applied for this visa or to donate an organ.
